Appraisers love to earn extra money by doing a re-inspection. Here are the top 5 reasons that you will have to pay an appraiser to go out for a 2nd inspection:

  1. No Carbon Monoxide detectors in the home
  2. Hot water heater is not double strapped
  3. Unpermitted additions to the property
  4. Clear termite damage
  5. Chipped paint
