This is My Story
Mark Latini started his mortgage career in 1997 as a Loan Officer for a direct Mortgage Bank and quickly became one of the companies Top Producer. After 2 years banking, Mark decided to move to the brokerage side of the mortgage business working for Geneva Capital Network, because he felt that having more wholesale lending options was an advantage to his client base. Mark helped with the formation DiVita Home Finance in 2007.
Mark Latini is a graduate of UCSB where he received a bachelor degree in Business / Economics. He also met Michael DiVita in Santa Barbara at the age of 18. Mark and Mike stayed in touch after college, both working decades in the mortgage industry for different companies. They came together in 2007 and have been working together growing the DiVita Home Finance mortgage brand.
Mark grew up in Huntington Beach CA where he now resides with his wife and two children.
